Wild Animal Park - E Session

San Diego clients, Emily and Matthew (big animal lovers) knew from the first meeting that they wanted their e-session to take place at the San Diego Wild Animal Park. The hot weather did not stop us from having a great time. These two were such a joy to spend the day with, just true genuine people. It was great to hang out with Emily because it is not that often that I meet someone else my height. We could actually look eye-to-eye. Matthew, on the other hand, is very tall. So, you can imagine how darling they look together. Well, take a look for yourself...

And now for the animals...

Brennan Engagement - Disneyland

Shelley and Mike had a great idea to photograph their engagement session at Disneyland (where Mike popped the question). Mike and Shelley are such a beautiful couple...they are both so tall that they are sure to make a statement when entering a room. It had been quite some time since I've been to Disneyland. And boy, did we have a great time. I felt like a kid again. Thank you for taking me on a wonderful journey. I can't wait to photograph your wedding!

Family of Actors!!

The Jahanvash's are a family of actors and models. I had the pleasure of working with them a few years ago. And because kids grow up so quickly, it was time for some new headshots representing their new looks. Dad decided to join the team this time. We were missing Mom and new baby, as they are still recooperating from the birth. Congratulations to the new parents. That makes it team six! Here are a few shots from our session. Boback and Kristina have the most beautiful children.
Layla, sweetie cutie pie.
Max, bad boy!
Daniel, lady killer.

Shannon and Gil - Maternity

Shannon and Gil are expecting their first child together...a girl. It was fun working with these two because they are still newlyweds. I was so amazed when I saw how Gil's eyes lit up whenever he looked into Shannon's. It was quite romantic. My favorite part about our session was when we got in the car and drove to different locations. Both Shannon and Gil were game for anything, even taking pictures with the cows. Don't ask me if the cows were amused.
Gil already has plans for he and his daughter. Apparently, she already likes UFC. She's gonna be a tough cookie. I can tell that she is going to be Daddy's girl. I wish the proud parents a wonderful future with their new, little one.

Bella is 8 Months!!!

Where did the time go? I feel so bad, I haven't taken pics of Bella in quite some time. And all of my family and friends are getting on my case about the latest Bella pics. She use to get a photo shoot every week. So, yesterday I really wanted to see what she looked like in the bathing suit her Grandma Preziose brought back to her from Hawaii. It's a bit snug, but boy does she look cute in it. Well, this is my little bathing beauty!
It wasn't long before she was due for yet another bottle and some mixed berries. She's waiting like a patient little girl. (looks are deceiving)
If you look closely, you can see the remnants of the berries around her lips. It was so good, she had to suck the berries off of her fingers. She's serious about her food! She usually likes when I hold her bottle for her. But, she surprised me by trying it on her own. Not quite her mouth. She has the hang of it now, and boy was she proud of herself. Bella shared her high chair with Lola. She loves her doggies.

By the way...Bella is saying "Mama" now. I'm so proud...it was her first word. :-)
