Michelle and Josh's E-session

San Diego's beautiful Balboa Park was the backdrop of Michelle and Josh's Engagement Session. There was almost too much beauty surrounding us...it was quite overwhelming. This is probably why Jennifer and I finished their session after sun-down. We were running all around, taking pictures here...taking pictures there. We were both exhausted as were the couple by the end. However, we are quite happy with the results and have gotten wonderful feedback from Michelle and Josh, as well as their friends and family.

By the way, Michelle is my beautiful cousin whom recently got married. Stay tuned to see their wedding images. It was a fabulous celebration. Love to you both!

Fransisca and Adrian's Wedding

Fransisca and Adrian had a beautiful Catholic wedding at St. Denis Catholic Church located in Diamond Bar. Their celebration following was located at Hacienda Golf Club in La Habra Heights. I was so thrilled to work at this location, as I grew up in the neighborhood. In fact, my parents still live in my childhood home, which is just around the corner. The Golf Club was recently renovated, and currently has an old world charm.

Fransisca and Adrian are a lovely couple whom are warm, kind and generous. They made Jennifer and I feel quite welcome, as if we were just other friends invited to celebrate with them. We couldn't have asked for more.

Welcome to the World, Phoenix!

Heidi and Derek welcomed their beautiful baby boy, Phoenix into this world in October. What a precious little joy he is. Seeing the sparkle in his parents eyes was wonderful to witness. These are just some of my favorites from our photo session.

Swartzon Family

Kristie Swartzon recently gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, Sasha. Kristie and Saar also have an adorable 3 year-old (soon-to-be 4) daughter, Teah. This little cutie pie was dressed like a princess when I arrived and she was more than ready to have her picture taken. I was very impressed with her immediatley. She was so smart and focused. She listened to everything I said and took my direction better than most adults do. WOW! I was even lucky enough to capture Sasha's spontaneous smile while she looked directly into my lense. Saar's Mother and Father joined us on a quick outting to their neighborhood lake and country club for some family portraits. The grandparents emphasized to me how important it was for them to have their picture taken with their grandaughter's (these are their first). Needless to say, I had a wonderful time photographing this lovely family.
